Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Order preparation and carrier handoff

Orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery to the United States typically takes 7–10 business days. Most orders are expected to arrive within 10–15 business days from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, public holidays or remote destinations.

Shipping rates

Limited-time free U.S. shipping is applied automatically through September 6, with no discount code required. After the promotion, standard shipping is $4.99 USD and orders of $69 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes and duties are included. Customers will not be asked by ROVELUNE to pay additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@rovelune.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays or missing packages

If your delivery is delayed or appears to be missing, email hello@rovelune.com with your order number. We will review the available shipment information and assist with the carrier inquiry where applicable.
